Submission instructions:
Only electronic submission will be accepted. Technical paper authors MUST submit their manuscripts through CMT. Please follow the link CMT FOR ISM2015 (please register if not a CMT user). Manuscripts may only be submitted in PDF format. A copyright form needs to be submitted upon acceptance of the paper and is not required at this stage.

Please note that the paper submission deadline has been extended to October 20; and only one author's name and email are needed to submit the copyright.

The numbers of page limits, including all figures, tables, and references, are listed as follows. Only regular papers allow up to 2 extra pages with $200 per extra page.
